The brief

The brief was to help take Millet Sports forward with more consistent and effective digital marketing. This included day-to-day social media management, Meta advertising, newsletter and email campaign support, and promotional activity designed to raise the brand’s profile.

The work needed to balance brand-building with commercial performance, using multiple channels together rather than relying on one-off activity in isolation.

How we helped

The outcome

The result was a stronger and more cohesive digital presence during the period we worked on the brand, with social content, paid campaigns, email activity and promotional marketing working together more effectively. That helped Millet Sports show up with more consistency and ambition in a competitive retail space.

Although the brand no longer exists, the project remains a strong example of joined-up retail marketing, where content, performance activity and audience engagement all played a clear role in supporting growth.
