We know that not everyone works, thinks, processes information or communicates in the same way. For some people, overly vague messaging, rushed calls, unclear expectations or too much back and forth can make working relationships harder than they need to be.

That is why we try to keep things straightforward. We aim to communicate clearly, set out what is happening, explain what we need from you, and avoid creating confusion where it can be avoided. We would rather be practical and helpful than overly polished and hard to follow.

For us, being neurodivergent-friendly is not about turning it into a big corporate statement. It is about making sensible adjustments where we can, being respectful, and creating a working style that feels calmer, clearer and more manageable.

If there is a certain way you prefer to work, you are very welcome to tell us. That might be email over phone, more detail before decisions are made, clearer written summaries, fewer meetings, extra time to process things, or just a more direct and structured approach. None of that is a problem.
