Case Study
360 Studios
Supporting the launch and growth of MMA Federation with paid ads, social media, business development and a player community built around the game.
360 Studios were working on MMA Federation, a mobile game created by UFC announcer Bruce Buffer. Our role was to support the game with digital activity that could drive awareness, build a player base and create momentum around release campaigns.
The brief
The goal was to help 360 Studios launch and grow MMA Federation by creating digital campaigns that reached fight fans, mobile gamers and communities already interested in combat sports.
The work needed to go beyond simple posting. It required joined-up launch activity, paid campaigns, community building and outreach to relevant gyms, fighters and brands who could help introduce the game to wider audiences.
How we helped
We supported 360 Studios across several key areas, helping position MMA Federation for launch while building a stronger online presence around the game. That included social media setup, paid ad campaigns, business development activity and community forums designed to bring players together.
We also helped connect the game with relevant real-world audiences by working with gyms, fighters and brands on joint social media activity, mailing blasts and campaign collaborations. This helped make the launch feel more connected to the MMA community rather than relying only on standard game advertising.
- Social media setup and campaign planning
- Paid ads to support game release campaigns
- Community forum setup and player engagement
- Business development outreach to gyms, fighters and brands
- Joint social media campaigns and mailing blasts
- Launch messaging and audience growth support
The outcome
The result was a more complete launch and growth setup for MMA Federation, with paid media, social activity and community building all working together rather than sitting in separate silos.
By combining performance campaigns with real-world outreach and community engagement, we helped 360 Studios build visibility around the game and create a stronger connection with the players, gyms, fighters and fight fans most likely to care about it.
“For a game launch, attention is only part of the job. The real value comes from building a community around the product and giving players a reason to stay involved.”
